Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept payments through PayPal.
PayPal is a widely used and secure payment platform that allows customers to complete purchases safely without sharing financial details directly with our store.
You can choose between two payment options at checkout:

Pay as a Guest
You do not need a PayPal account to place an order.

We do not see or store:
- Full credit card numbers
- Bank account information
- PayPal passwords
We only receive confirmation that the payment was successfully completed.
All checkout pages on the Doucevoie website are protected with secure HTTPS encryption.
Pricing and Fees
The product price displayed on the website is the final product price before applicable taxes.
Shipping
- Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States
- No minimum purchase required
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied where required by law based on the shipping destination.
Currency
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Hidden Charges
We do not add:
- Service fees
- Handling fees
- Hidden checkout surcharges
If your PayPal account uses a different currency, PayPal may apply its own exchange rate during payment processing.
Purchase Requirements
To complete an order, customers must provide:
- A valid shipping address within the contiguous United States
- A valid email address
- Payment through PayPal
Guest checkout is supported and creating a website account is not required.
Please verify your shipping address and email carefully before placing your order, as order processing begins quickly.
Order Confirmation
After payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing:
- Your order number
- Purchased items
- Shipping address
- Order total
This email serves as your purchase receipt.
PayPal may also send a separate payment confirmation directly.
If you do not receive your confirmation email shortly after ordering, please check your spam or junk folder first.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to update or cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order on a business day.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The requested change
Once an order has shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
If you no longer want the item after delivery, you may request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
How We Use Your Information
We only collect information necessary to:
- Process your order
- Deliver your shipment
- Provide customer support
Specifically:
- Your email is used for order confirmations and shipping updates
- Your shipping address is shared with fulfillment and shipping providers
- Payment information is processed entirely through PayPal

Receipts and Invoices
Your order confirmation email acts as your official receipt.
If you require a formal invoice, contact us with your order number and we will provide one within 1 business day.
Discount Codes
If a promotional or discount code is available, it can be entered during checkout before payment is completed.
We do not offer:
- Retroactive discounts
- Price matching after purchase
Out of Stock Orders
If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed:
- We will notify you by email
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
We will never substitute a different product without your approval.
