Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Doucevoie processes and ships orders within the United States, including estimated delivery times, shipping coverage, and procedures for damaged or lost packages.

All timelines listed on this page refer to business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only, including all 48 lower states.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • International destinations outside the United States

If you are unsure whether your shipping address is eligible, please contact us before placing an order.


2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States.

  • No minimum purchase required
  • No hidden shipping fees at checkout

We currently provide standard shipping only and do not offer expedited or express delivery options.


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Standard Processing Time

  • 1 to 3 business days

Processing Schedule

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on business days are typically processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day

During peak shopping periods, processing may require an additional 1 to 2 business days.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Estimated Timeline

  • Order processing: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping transit: 5–7 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays caused by weather conditions, high shipping volume, or regional service interruptions are outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment status.


5. Fulfillment Origin

Orders are fulfilled through warehouse partners located within the United States.

All packages enter the domestic carrier network from U.S.-based fulfillment locations.


6. Customs and Import Duties

Because all orders ship domestically within the United States, customers are not charged customs duties, import fees, or international taxes.

We do not currently offer international shipping.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging

Once the damage is verified, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund

Claims submitted without photo documentation may not be eligible for resolution.


8. Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your delivery location
  2. Ask neighbors or building staff
  3. Allow 1 additional business day for delayed delivery
  4. Contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation

After contacting the carrier, email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Carrier case or claim reference number

We require carrier confirmation before issuing replacements or refunds for packages marked as delivered.


9. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Once processing begins, address changes may not be possible.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout:

  • We will contact you regarding reshipment
  • Additional shipping costs for resending the package are the customer’s responsibility
